Position Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Location: Pune
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes and systems. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams by managing Salesforce and HubSpot administrators, handling lead management and assignment, and driving CRM implementations and automation governance.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Oversee the administration of Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring they are optimally configured to meet the needs of the sales teams.
- Collaborate with CRM admins to manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, and data integrity.
Lead Management & Assignment
- Manage the entire lead lifecycle from lead capture to assignment, ensuring leads are correctly routed to the appropriate sales team members.
- Continuously refine lead management processes to improve conversion rates.
Sales Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure sales processes are documented, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Real time and near time rectification or improvement of customer experience during their journey (prevent negative impact).
Implementation & Automation Governance
- Manage CRM implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to sales activities.
- Govern automation processes within Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring they align with business goals and comply with best practices.
- Drive the adoption of automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and operational metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales operations with broader company goals.
- Act as the point of contact for any sales-related system or process issues, coordinating with other departments to resolve them promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and HubSpot administration and management.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation and automation best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in lead management and sales process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with sales automation tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance practices.
