Job Summary:

The Meetings & Events Audit team will be responsible for auditing the meetings and events data ensuring that it is compliant with the global M&E guidelines and processes. On top of what is already added to the Meeting Request Form the team will be responsible for executing event reconciliation and closeout, which is a new scope for this role. The member will be responsible for entering actuals to the budget module within Cvent post reconciliation. The role will be 100% dedicated to event audits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to end event and budget audit management.

Supporting global Centre of Excellence planning and Event execution planning teams

Post event reconciliation and budget actuals entry

Manage event technology-related support, compliance, and reporting.
- Management of budgets, invoice reconciliation and payments

Build and configure event websites and registration portals based on event requirements.

Ensure all meeting request entries align with compliance and the latest policies
Professional & Technical Skills:

At least 2 years of working knowledge of Cvent

Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to identify trends and simplify complex themes

Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams

Strong Stakeholder Management

Experience of Change Management; Process Design / Process Improvement
Additional Information:
- Knowledge of any additional Event technology apart from Cvent would be an added benefit
