Own the full lifecycle of bespoke group travel bookings across the UK & Ireland, from client relationships and itinerary design through to supplier negotiation and delivery.

Our client is a highly regarded luxury travel company specialising in bespoke inbound travel across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with international travel advisors and tour operators, they create tailored, high-end travel experiences that combine exceptional service with carefully curated itineraries — hotels, ground services and unique experiences — for discerning travellers.
They are now seeking a Groups Sales and Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of group enquiries — from initial brief through to on-the-ground delivery — acting as a trusted partner to international clients while driving sales and maintaining the quality standards the business is known for.
▌ The Role
In this role, you will manage client enquiries end-to-end, creating tailored group travel experiences while driving sales and ensuring seamless delivery across every touchpoint.
– Respond promptly to enquiries, providing same-day acknowledgements and regular updates
– Act as the key client contact, managing relationships and resolving queries throughout the booking journey
– Create bespoke group itineraries aligned to client needs, budget and expectations
– Drive sales through proactive follow-ups, re-quotes and upselling opportunities
– Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers across hotels, ground services and experiences
– Source, book and confirm all travel components with suppliers
– Maintain accurate system records and keep all bookings up to date
– Reconfirm all services prior to client travel
– Manage invoicing in line with agreed payment terms
– Support wider teams, attend industry events and assist with out-of-hours cover when required
▌ Experience Required
– Experience managing group travel, incentives or complex itineraries in a DMC, tour operator or luxury travel environment
– Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland destinations and itinerary planning
– Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
– Excellent client service skills with a proactive, above-and-beyond approach
– Confident negotiator with suppliers and clients alike
– Clear communicator with strong listening skills and a solutions-focused mindset
– Self-motivated team player who takes genuine pride in the work delivered
– Competent with Microsoft Office; Excel experience advantageous
– Quick to learn new systems; comfortable with day-to-day admin support
– Fluent English essential
