For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, GTM Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $300,000 – $300,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Onboard and lead the newly formed GTM Strategy & Operations team
- Establish craft standards, career paths, and a culture of experimentation
- Serve as a player-coach, actively engaging technically with your team
- Design and optimize the company’s GTM tool stack, ensuring seamless integration across systems
- Develop automated workflows to enhance efficiency and eliminate manual tasks
- Create and implement intelligent lead scoring and routing systems
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation to scale successful tactics across the revenue stream
Qualifications
- 8+ years in GTM, RevOps, or related technical roles, with both individual contributor and leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading impactful Rev Ops/Growth Ops teams (5-15 people) in a growth-stage tech company
- Experience designing and operating a comprehensive B2B GTM tech stack
- Deep hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Proficiency with GTM data enrichment tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato)
- Ability to collaborate across functions and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Comfort presenting to and influencing executive leaders on technology investment decisions
