YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a GTM powerhouse who can build deep, lasting relationships with enterprise leaders — and turn those relationships into expanded revenue, new use cases, and long-term strategic partnerships. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine: getting embedded within India's top companies, becoming a trusted partner to their leadership teams, and ensuring Arrowhead becomes indispensable inside every account we touch.
Think: part relationship architect, part revenue expander, part industry insider — and 100% accountable for making Arrowhead the partner of choice for India's largest enterprises.
Your work will involve:
- 🏢 Building deep relationships with enterprise leaders – develop and nurture senior-level relationships (CXOs, business heads, department leaders) across industries. Be the face of Arrowhead in every room that matters.
- 🏢 Building onsite presence at client organizations – spend real time at client offices, understand their operations from the inside, embed yourself and the team within their workflows, and become a trusted extension of their teams.
- 🎪 Organizing and leading industry events – plan and execute roundtables, executive dinners, industry panels, and client-exclusive events that position Arrowhead as a thought leader and create high-quality touchpoints with decision-makers.
- 📈 Expanding existing contracts within clients – identify and activate new use cases, departments, and business lines within current accounts. Turn single-use-case clients into multi-use-case, enterprise-wide partnerships.
- 💰 Identifying new revenue opportunities within accounts – map the full potential of each client relationship, uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and build account plans that drive systematic revenue expansion.
- 👥 Building and leading the team – recruit, coach, and manage our Sales + Customer Success org to consistently hit targets and grow accounts.
- 💸 Owning revenue goals – set ambitious but achievable targets, drive pipeline discipline, and ensure strong conversion across the funnel.
- ✨ Creating the GTM playbook – from relationship-led outbound to executive events to referral networks to play-based demos (and tweaking it as we learn).
- 🤝 Partnerships – design and run a partnerships motion that multiplies our reach across target verticals.
- 🌱 Land and expand – ensure customers see value fast, build multi-use-case adoption, and turn accounts into long-term, expanding relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 🎓 Background – Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or GTM leadership in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Preferred: Experience selling into large enterprises or regulated industries, OR scaling GTM at an early-stage startup with a deep network.
- 🧭 GTM architect + operator – you've built GTM motions, not just inherited them; you understand ICP definition, pipeline generation, enablement, and revenue repeatability.
- Preferred: You've taken a product from low-ARR to multi-million ARR territory.
- 📈 Revenue ownership mindset – targets don't scare you; they motivate you. You've run pipelines, forecasted across stages, and delivered.
- 🎤 Strong communicator & storyteller – you can craft a killer pitch, run a sharp demo, and build narratives that resonate with CFOs, CXOs, and frontline teams.
- 🤝 Team builder – you have experience hiring, coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing Sales + CS reps.
- 🔍 Data-driven & experimentation-focused – you can define KPIs, run experiments across channels, and refine based on what the numbers say (not what sounds good).
- 💥 Bias for action – you ship fast, iterate fast, and don't wait for perfect information to make the next move.
- 🚀 Startup DNA – you're comfortable operating in ambiguity, designing structure where none exists, and scaling motion while the product evolves beneath you.
