As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance executive who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the business, provide strategic guidance, and partner closely with the founders and leadership team to scale operations, improve profitability, and support expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, and reporting
- Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Provide insights and recommendations to support key business decisions (pricing, margins, expansion, etc.)
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners
- Oversee financial controls, risk management, and compliance
- Support fundraising efforts, including debt and equity financing
- Optimize working capital, inventory planning, and cost structures
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company grows
What You Bring
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience overall
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or high-growth consumer brands
- Strong understanding of retail, distribution, and manufacturing financials
- Proven track record of supporting rapid growth and scaling operations
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred
