We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Program Manager – Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of product launches and market expansion initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure successful product adoption and business impact.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, brings strong program management expertise, and has a deep understanding of GTM strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
GTM Strategy & Planning
- Own and drive end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for product launches, feature releases, and market expansions
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define clear launch objectives, target segments, and positioning
- Develop comprehensive GTM plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Lead and align cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success
- Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability frameworks to ensure seamless execution
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the program lifecycle
Launch Execution & Readiness
- Oversee execution of all launch activities, including messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, and internal communications
- Ensure readiness of all customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, Customer Success)
- Drive internal launch communications and coordinate external announcements
Operational Excellence
- Establish and scale GTM processes, frameworks, templates, and playbooks
- Track, analyze, and report on launch performance, KPIs, and overall business impact
- Continuously refine GTM strategies and processes based on data insights and feedback
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and outcomes
- Facilitate key governance forums, including launch readiness reviews and retrospectives
- Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making across all levels of the organization
Required
- 15+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in program management, product marketing, or GTM roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional product launches
- Strong expertise in program/project management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to drive alignment and execution without direct authority
- Experience in SaaS, telecom, or technology-driven environments
Preferred
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, product positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs
- MBA or equivalent business/strategy experience
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution
