Our client, a leading REIT, is seeking a strategic, hands-on operations leader to oversee their technology team. This critical role leads 15 professionals across premises security, OT networks, AV, and software development, driving operational excellence across multiple properties.
Our client is looking for someone who is now on the Business side, but has worked on the IT side with experience in premise security, OT Networks, AV & technology integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, and optimize a cross-functional team (premises security, OT networks, AV, and software/QA).
- Partner with senior leadership to define standards, goals, and operational strategy.
- Ensure proactive troubleshooting, process improvement, and accountability across all operations.
- Serve as a liaison between team, tenants, vendors, and executive management.
