We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional HR initiatives while building and operating scalable portfolio management and business operations frameworks. This role blends strategic program leadership with a strong operational mindset, driving high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a portfolio framework to prioritize, track, and deliver key HR initiatives
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, ambiguous projects across multiple teams
- Develop project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and drive decision-making
- Design and run operational cadences such as business reviews, governance forums, and reporting mechanisms
- Monitor progress, resolve risks/issues, and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery
- Implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in HR or corporate environments
- Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or similar project management methodologies
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience with portfolio management frameworks or business operations functions
- Background in strategic operations or chief of staff roles
