Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact Operations & Fulfillment Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain and operations for products and services. This role is the connective tissue between our sales front-end (Salesforce/Shopify) in B2C, direct sales team B2B and our financial core (NetSuite for revenue recognition).You will be responsible for ensuring that every Integrated Circuit (IC) sold is accurately tracked, every board assembly is properly kitted, and every invoice is flawlessly reconciled within our ERP for both products and services. Proper workflows may need to be created, as a startup we are .Working with the VP of Customer Engagement, you will manage the day-to-day procurement and schedules, ensure actions are tracked, delivered and milestones are met.With sales operations you will help with operations reports and lead development or processes and workflow, integrating several systems and processes together.Key Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash Management: Oversee the full O2C cycle within NetSuite, ensuring that orders flowing from Shopify and Salesforce trigger the correct revenue recognition and accounts receivable entries.
- Receivables & Billing: Manage B2B credit terms, automated invoicing, and payment collections. Ensure tax compliance (Avalara/Vertex) is synced across all platforms.
- Month-End Reconciliation: Partner with the Finance team to reconcile inventory valuations and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for both individual ICs and complex assemblies.
- Integrated Systems Architecture
- The "Golden Triangle" Sync: Maintain the data integrity between Salesforce (Lead/Opportunity), Shopify (Transactional Storefront), and NetSuite (Record of Truth for Inventory & Finance).
- Automated Fulfillment: Ensure real-time inventory levels are reflected on the webstore to prevent overselling of high-demand silicon.
- IC & Board Fulfillment Strategy
- Inventory Sub-Ledgers: Manage multi-location inventory in NetSuite, tracking raw wafers, "work-in-progress" (WIP) at the assembly house, and finished goods (PCBs).
- Technical Compliance: Oversee specialized shipping for sensitive electronics, ensuring all NetSuite packing slips include required batch/lot tracking and date codes for IC traceability.
- B2B/B2C Nuance: Manage the high-volume/low-value B2C flow alongside the high-value/low-volume B2B contract flows, ensuring distinct workflows for each.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- ERP Mastery: 5-10 years experience is mandatory (specifically Order Management and A/R modules).
- Ideally experience in semicondcutor industry, or adjacent industries relevant.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Netsuite, Salesforce and Shopify Plus; experience with integration middleware is highly preferred.
- Industry Context: Direct experience in the semiconductor or electronics hardware space, with an understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) management.
- Financial Literacy: Understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and how operations impact the balance sheet.
