Position Summary
The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for optimizing sales performance by driving strategy, process, analytics, and cross-functional alignment. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure scalable growth and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysi
- Develop and manage sales KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and systems (CRM, pipelines, etc.)
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning and compensation structures
- Identify gaps in performance and implement scalable solutions
- Support go-to-market strategy and execution
- Drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Qualifications And Required Skills
- 7–10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools
- Proven ability to scale processes in a growing organization
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
