Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will lead the company’s revenue-generating initiatives, oversee the sales and account management functions, design strategic plans to drive business growth, and ensure alignment between sales operations and long-term goals. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to optimize revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and aligning organizational goals with market trends
- Experience in Sales Operations, including process optimization and revenue forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration capabilities
- Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth in previous roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus but not required
