Job Purpose:
Cerberus’s operating team is seeking a highly motivated and analytical self-starter to join their Business Operations team. This group works with Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company (COAC) professionals and Cerberus operating companies on initiatives. The Analyst will report into the COAC Business Operations Manager and will have direct exposure to COAC senior operating executives, operating company executives, investment professionals and firm leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Serves as the primary contact for COAC employees, external consultants, investment professionals and operating company personnel in handling queries related to consultant on-boarding, consultancy/secondment agreements, time allocation, invoicing/T&E, etc.
• Responsible for on boarding and ongoing relationship management of external consultants. Liaises with the Compliance team in New York to ensure robust management of consultant classifications
• Maintains practice management system (Elite) and appropriate related processes
• Manages operating company invoicing and collections
• Completes and maintains COAC consultancy/secondment agreements with operating companies
• Reviews time and expense allocations and assists with monthly close process
• Interfaces with senior COAC and operating executives on service agreements and collections
• Works on ad-hoc reports and projects for the operating team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional services environment
• Experience with project financial management (e.g., Big 4) is a plus
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Compensation:
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus [which is often a meaningful portion of the compensation package], and a robust benefits package.
