Your role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and influential media organisation, acting as a pivotal link between the CFO and the wider business. You will report directly to the CFO, ensuring their office operates with maximum efficiency.
Day to day you will:
- Represent the CFO as the primary internal and external point of contact.
- Coordinate complex diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules to ensure the CFO’s time is prioritised effectively.
- Manage the CFO’s email correspondence, actioning requests where possible and highlighting urgent matters for immediate attention.
- Prepare detailed meeting materials and briefings, while also attending sessions to record minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Facilitate efficient document control and workflow management, including proofreading and editing high-level communications.
What we're looking for from you:
- Demonstrated EA experience supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in GSuite and MS Office to produce high-quality presentations and manage complex digital filing systems.
- Expert document control skills with a keen eye for detail when proofreading and editing sensitive financial or corporate materials.
- Strong interpersonal relationship building to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential data, ensuring total integrity and security of personal or sensitive information.
- Proactive workload management to determine priorities independently and meet strict deadlines without direct supervision.
