Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in London for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Fractional CFO will oversee strategic financial planning, lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Additionally, the role involves offering financial insights to drive business decisions and working closely with leadership to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability. The candidate will balance strategic foresight with hands-on financial management tailored to an AI-enabled HR-Tech startup environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and fundraising plus developing strategies to ensure financial stability
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Strong foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an advanced degree or CPA designation is preferred
- Prior experience working with startups, especially within the tech industry, is a plus
