Sales Operations Analyst

Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support a growing business development and revenue team within the insurance industry. This role focuses on Salesforce, sales data, reporting, and system alignment across a complex, integrated environment.
This is a fast-moving role for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable with change.
What You’ll Do
• Support and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Administer and support Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, underwriting, and finance
• Help establish and maintain strong data governance for sales and revenue data
• Develop and maintain reporting on pipeline, performance, and forecasts
• Support the transition from Salesforce dashboards to Tableau
• Troubleshoot CRM and sales tool issues and collaborate on solutions
What You Bring
• 3–7 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytics
• Strong Salesforce experience (required)
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems
• Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions and giving direct feedback
