🔥 What You’ll Own
This isn’t a “sit back and review” kind of CFO role—this is roll up your sleeves + lead from the front:
- 📊 Own financial strategy, budgeting & forecasting
- 📈 Drive monthly close, reporting & performance insights
- 🤝 Partner directly with executive leadership on big-picture decisions
- 💰 Lead cash flow, cost control & profitability initiatives
- 🧾 Oversee compliance, tax strategy & audit readiness
- 🧠 Identify risks + opportunities across the business
- 🏗️ Play a key role in M&A strategy and execution
- ⚙️ Optimize financial systems + reporting tools
- 👥 Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting/finance team
🧠 What You Bring
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader
- Strong mix of strategy + hands-on execution
- Experience improving processes, visibility, and decision-making
- Background working with NetSuite or Oracle (strongly preferred)
- Industry experience in construction or manufacturing (preferred)
- A leadership style that builds teams, not just manages them
