Role Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing revenue processes, systems, and analytics to enable scalable and predictable business growth. The role supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams through structured processes, reporting, and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Revenue Process Optimization
- Design and improve end-to-end revenue workflows across sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Standardize operating procedures across revenue teams
2. CRM & Systems Management
- Manage CRM platform and revenue tech stack
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system adoption across teams
- Implement tools and automation to improve operational efficiency
3. Forecasting & Pipeline Analytics
- Support revenue forecasting and pipeline tracking
- Analyze conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline health
- Provide insights into revenue trends and performance gaps
4. Reporting & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
- Track key metrics including pipeline coverage, win rates, and revenue attainment
- Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
5. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes and data flows
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking
- Ensure consistency in definitions, metrics, and reporting across teams
Decision-Making Authority
- Recommend process improvements and workflow changes
- Define reporting structures and KPI frameworks
- Evaluate and recommend tools and system enhancements
Organizational Impact
- Enables operational efficiency and scalability of revenue functions
- Provides visibility and structure to support growth and decision-making
