We believe agentic commerce is as important as in-store and online channels; that’s where “Channel3” comes from. We plan to become the central node of agentic commerce, powering every AI transaction and taking a cut of GMV. We see Channel3 becoming as foundational to AI commerce as Stripe is to payments or Plaid is to fintech.

The opportunity
McKinsey estimates that “by 2030, the US B2C retail market alone could see up to $1 trillion in orchestrated revenue from agentic commerce, with global projections reaching as high as $3 trillion to $5 trillion.” That future is impossible without great product data.
What You'll Do
You'll own everything that isn't engineering. That means:
Sales & Customer Discovery
- Identify new customer segments (payment platforms, retailers, AI labs, affiliate networks)
- Map decision-makers at target companies and figure out how to reach them
- Close deals with enterprise customers
Partnerships
- Build relationships with payment providers, affiliate networks, and commerce platforms
- Convince major retailers to distribute their catalogs through Channel3 (Walmart, TheRealReal, SSENSE, and more are live)
- Negotiate integrations and commercial terms
Onboarding & Customer Success
- Get brands live on the platform and ensure they see value
- Manage relationships with large data customers
- Turn early pilots into long-term contracts
Marketing & Developer Growth
- Build our online presence (content, email, social, SEO/GEO)
- Scale our API business
- Balance enterprise and brand sales with bottoms-up developer adoption
Hiring
- Source, screen, and close strong candidates as we scale the team
- Help define roles and build out our hiring process
Operations
- Handle the boring but essential stuff: accounting, taxes, compliance, vendor management
- Keep the company running smoothly
You'll work directly with the founders on strategy, prioritization, and execution. This role will evolve as the company grows — you'll shape it based on what we need most.
Who We're Looking For
- Ex-founders who've worn every hat and know how to get things done
- Early startup operators who've built GTM motions from scratch
- VCs or investors who understand markets, can pattern-match opportunities, and want to get back to building
You should be comfortable with ambiguity, excited to figure things out, and energized by high-leverage problems where the playbook doesn't exist yet.
