We are a fast-growing D2C brand seeking a Business Operations Lead to take ownership of end-to-end operations, acting as a founder-facing operational leader.

You will ensure smooth execution, scalable processes, and high-quality customer experience across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with visibility to the founder and leadership team.
Key End-to-End Operations & Own day-to-day operations across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels
- Manage fulfillment, logistics, and warehousing
- Track KPIs: on-time delivery, stockouts, order accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency
- Supply Chain & Vendor Coordinate procurement, vendor sourcing, production, and inventory planning
- Ensure vendors meet quality standards and SLAs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and partners
- Optimize inventory levels, replenishment cycles, and fulfillment cost
- Customer Experience & Back-End Oversee CX operations, including complaints, returns, and refunds
- Manage back-office operations, including order processing, reconciliations, and approvals
- Implement SOPs, dashboards, and processes to improve efficiency
- Operational Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs for operations, fulfillment, CX, and supply chain
- Highlight bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps to the founder
- Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize operations
- Cross-Functional Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and tech teams for operational alignment
- Support launches, campaigns, and scaling initiatives
- Ensure teams are aligned to operational standards and timelines
- Founder-Facing Execution
- Act as the founders operational representative
- Provide regular operational updates, insights, and execution recommendations
- Take accountability for execution and operational outcomes
Who Were Looking For
- 4-8 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce / operations
- Exposure to end-to-end operations: supply chain, fulfillment, CX, back-office, vendor management
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working directly with the founder and scaling processes
- Hands-on execution and ownership mindset
Preferred Candidates from top B-schools (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR)
- Experience in high-growth D2C startups or e-commerce operations
- Multi-channel operations exposure (D2C + marketplaces + quick commerce)
- Experience in building processes, dashboards, and scaling teams
