Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior RevOps Associate to support day-to-day operations across marketing and sales systems. This role will focus on managing large volumes of data, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling accurate flow of information across systems. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce/HubSpot (deduplication, enrichment, field updates)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of contact, account, and deal data
- Support list uploads, segmentation, and database cleanup
- Perform Quality checks on data across the systems to ensure the flow of information is accurate
Campaign & Lifecycle Support
- Assist in setting up marketing campaigns, workflows, and nurture programs
- Ensure correct lead routing and lifecycle stage management
Reporting & Analytics
- Help maintain basic dashboards and reports
- Track funnel performance metrics (MQL to SQL to Opportunity)
Lead Management
- Monitor lead flow between Marketing and Sales teams
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for lead follow-ups
- Identify and flag gaps in lead handling or routing
Tools & Process Support
- Assist in managing integrations between CRM and marketing tools
- Document processes and maintain SOPs
- Troubleshoot basic workflow or sync issues
Operational Execution
- Execute recurring operational tasks (list pulls, data updates, campaign support)
- Support ad-hoc requests from Marketing and Sales teams
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops or Data focused roles
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience working with data/reporting tools (Excel, dashboards)
- Exposure to marketing automation tools and workflows
