This role has been created to support the continued growth of the sales team. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless CRM (Salesforce) management, reporting accuracy, and sales process optimization across the organization.

The Job!
No two days are similar!!! You will support the national sales team and will act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Compliance to assist in the process of roadshows, presentations and more! Wearing many hats and juggling tasks is not unusual. You will:
• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM dashboards, reports, and data integrity
• Track and manage leads, campaigns, webinars, and marketing initiatives within the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate national sales events and roadshows, including travel logistics, vendor coordination, and materials preparation.
• Respond client inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and year-end performance tracking, contributing to business planning initiatives.
• Support general administrative functions and assist with onboarding and training initiatives as required.
What You Bring to the Job
You are a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional, supporting cross-functional teams. You will be the go-to person. It's okay not to know everything as long as you have the mindset to figure things out.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar role
• Working in a financial, investment banking, corporate finance environment is needed
• Post secondary education is preferred
• Strong Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud) — this is a key requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and reporting)
• Event coordination experience, including logistics and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of compliance processes within a regulated environment within an asset management environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• CSC designation (or in progress) is considered an asset
