Job Description:
Galactix Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst (BOA) with strong data analysis and reporting skills to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations and strategy.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from operational and business data.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into data reports.
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to track performance.
- Assist in process improvements and operational optimization using data insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reports and analysis.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of business operations and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data modeling, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of Python or statistical analysis tools is an added advantage.
