What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end demo and installation bookings - from request to completion
- Coordinate closely with field experts to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a customer-first approach
- Schedule, track, and manage daily bookings with high accuracy
- Resolve customer queries proactively while maintaining service quality
- Ensure seamless execution and a consistent customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize delays and improve turnaround time
- Bring in strong communication, ownership, and multitasking to the role
