Our work form India is increasing so we care currently looking for an experience Business Operations Executive for our Ahmedabad Branch.
Position Overview
The Business Operations Executive is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring
high quality client service delivery across all branches. The role focuses on increasing lead
generation, improving conversion rates, developing strategic partnerships, and leading
teams to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, client conversions and overall business revenue.
Identify and build relationships with educational institutes, agents, and external organisations to expand business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new promotional opportunities.
Plan and execute awareness campaigns and local outreach activities to increase brand presence and office footfall.
Coordinate with the Social Media and branding team to design and implement effective campaigns.
Organise and manage seminars, webinars, education fairs, and spot admission events.
Ensure continuous growth in enquiries and walk-ins across all branch offices.
Maintain consistency in service delivery and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify operational risks and areas for improvement, and report to senior management with practical solutions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants and staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff skills, product knowledge and customer service standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partner institutions, and agents to ensure long term collaboration.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical service delivery.
Act as a point of contact for handling escalations and complex client matters when required.
Be ready to perform other duties as required by the organisation.
