The CFO will play a central role in shaping the next phase of growth, acting as a key partner to the senior leadership team. This is a highly influential, hands-on role combining strategic leadership with operational depth, owning financial performance, commercial insight and governance across a multi-entity, multi-territory group.
A critical focus will be leading the integration of recent M&A activity, aligning financial systems, reporting and processes across UK, US and international operations to create a cohesive, scalable finance function. You will also play a central role in strengthening financial discipline, improving visibility across the business and ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for continued expansion and future investment.
We are seeking a highly experienced CFO from a global agency, marketing services or creative production agency environment, with deep experience across multi-territory operations (UK, EMEA and/or US) and a strong track record in M&A integration. You will be commercially sharp, confident operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, and comfortable balancing board-level influence with hands-on leadership.
