What’s a typical day as Operations Business Analyst? You’ll be:
- Creating and maintaining test plans for MCI systems (AMS, CMS).
- Executing testing in both UAT and PROD environments and coordinating testing activities.
- Attending and contributing to project meetings; communicating system outages to affected users.
- Updating documentation and procedures, as well as supporting and coordinating training sessions for MCI Operations.
- Providing production support escalation triage, performing incident troubleshooting, and monitoring task logs for timely resolution.
- Documenting requirements in collaboration with business partners and coordinating system customization with broker partners.
- Ensuring strong communication with stakeholders and participating in implementation coordination and post-implementation quality review.
- Representing the team as a senior member, providing leadership and mentorship as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant business experience.
- Offer 1+ years of experience in a business/operations analyst capacity, ideally within the mortgage or insurance industry.
- Possess experience in testing/UAT and developing test plans for business systems.
- Have working knowledge of relevant platforms: DPS, DMS, AMS, and BRMS.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Feature excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Can work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Are known for your organizational and time management abilities, adaptability to changing priorities, and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Bring sound business acumen and judgment, with a proven ability to support stakeholders and provide insightful analysis.
