We’re working with a specialist gaming and entertainment business on a high-profile global launch of a brand new title.
They’re looking for a heavyweight Strategy Director to lead the development of a full go-to-market strategy, spanning early access phases through to global launch.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a large-scale, multi-market campaign, integrating creator, community and esports-led activations within a 360 marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive global go-to-market strategy across multiple launch phases
- Define channel strategy and messaging across paid, owned and earned channels
- Build a 360 campaign approach, integrating creators, community and experiential activations
- Shape market-specific strategies across key regions including Europe, North America and Asia
- Align strategic outputs with key KPIs including acquisition, engagement and retention
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in strategy within gaming, esports or entertainment
- Proven track record delivering global campaign and launch strategies
- Strong understanding of gaming audiences and community dynamics
- Experience working across integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Confident presenting and articulating strategic direction to senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate at pace in a high-pressure pitch environment
Project Scope & Duration - ASAP start for initial 3-4 week contract with likelihood to extend to execute strategy
Day Rate - Circa £700 per day
Location & Workplace Policy - Fully remote
IR35 Status - TBC
