We are seeking a Head of Growth and Go-To-Market Geniuses - someone who doesn’t just “run campaigns,” but engineers growth systems and drives platforms from zero to scale with precision, speed, and creativity.
The Role
You will take ownership of the entire go-to-market engine for multiple platforms - planning, executing, and continuously optimising high-velocity growth strategies.
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a builder’s role.
You will work alongside founders, product teams, and AI engineers to:
- Turn products into market leaders
- Turn campaigns into scalable growth systems
- Turn bold ideas into measurable outcomes
What You Will Own
1. Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new and existing platforms
- Define ICPs, positioning, pricing strategy, and channel mix
- Launch products with speed, clarity, and impact
2. High-Velocity Growth Campaigns
- Build and scale performance marketing engines across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Emerging and experimental channels
- Drive both paid and organic growth loops
3. Blitzscaling & Demand Generation
- Execute aggressive scaling strategies with strong unit economics
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimise campaigns
- Build systems that convert attention into sustained demand
4. Growth Infrastructure & Analytics
- Own the growth stack (tracking, attribution, funnel analytics)
- Define KPIs across CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention
- Translate data into clear strategic decisions
5. Creative & Messaging Leadership
- Lead high-performing creative strategy across ads and content
- Develop messaging that cuts through noise and drives action
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce world-class assets
6. Team Leadership & Execution
- Work with an internal execution team (designers, product owners, content creators & tech teams)
- Bring structure, speed, and accountability to execution
- Scale teams as needed to match growth ambitions
Who You Are
You are not a conventional marketer.
You are an operator, strategist, and builder.
- Proven track record of scaling products or companies through digital growth
- Deep expertise in Google and Meta ecosystems (paid + organic)
- Experience managing significant ad budgets with strong ROI discipline
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion psychology, and growth loops
- Data-driven, yet creatively aggressive
- Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-ownership environments
- Obsessed with outcomes - not activity
