We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support sales activities, manage customer interactions, and coordinate operations. This role is crucial in handling sales orders, dispatch details, and lead generation to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders, dispatch details, and customer queries related to billing and material dispatch.
- Provide end-to-end support for sales operations.
- Track and monitor IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify, generate and validate new business leads.
- Work closely with the Sales Team, Operations Team, and Customers to ensure smooth processes.
- Address and resolve customer queries regarding sales, dispatch, and billing.
- Monitor and support team members to achieve their sales targets effectively.
- Ensure efficient handling of all sales support functions to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Good speaking and written communication English
- Any graduate
- 1-5 years in sales operations
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in handling sales-related documentation and CRM tools
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
