JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities, product expansions, and market penetration plans
2. Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, regulatory, finance, and supply chain teams
3. Sales & Marketing Supervision
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Approve marketing campaigns and ensure ethical promotion of pharmaceutical products
4. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and legal requirements
- Manage audits, licenses, and documentation as per industry standards
5. Financial Management
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
- Control costs and improve profitability
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff across departments
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
7. Supply Chain Oversight
- Supervise procurement, inventory, and distribution processes
- Ensure product availability and efficient logistics
8. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors
- Handle key accounts and business negotiations
9. Risk & Quality Management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards (GMP, SOPs)
10. Reporting
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management/board
- Recommend improvements and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Business Administration
- MBA (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and market

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
