Role Description
As CFO, you will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, compliance, and building a strong financial foundation to support expansion and profitability.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Surat. The CFO will lead the financial planning and management of the organization, oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, providing insights for long-term planning, supervising budgeting processes, and guiding investment activities to promote organizational growth. The CFO will collaborate with senior management and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve financial performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
Manage P&L, cash flow, and working capital across all branches
Establish strong financial controls, audit systems, and compliance
Drive budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability improvement
Oversee taxation, legal, and regulatory compliance
Develop MIS, dashboards, and financial reporting systems
Support fundraising, investor relations, and expansion planning
Partner with COO & leadership team for strategic decisions
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Statements
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, with an understanding of regulatory requirements
Exceptional Analytical Skills for data evaluation and strategic decision-making
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication skills to present financial strategies and reports effectively
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
Experience in the healthcare sector or with multi-location organizations is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Requirements
CA / MBA Finance with 10–15+ years of experience
Proven experience as CFO / Finance Head / Senior Finance Leader
Strong expertise in multi-location business finance
Deep understanding of taxation, audit, and compliance
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare / clinics / hospitals / retail chains
Experience in scaling businesses or handling high-growth environments
