We are partnering with a private equity-backed facilities and property services company at an important stage in its development.
The business is growing and needs a hands-on CFO to drive financial performance, strengthen the finance function, and support the next phase of growth alongside the CEO and investors.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable operating at pace in a complex, PE-backed environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial strategy and performance across the business
- Driving cash, working capital, and margin improvement
- Strengthening financial controls, reporting, and insight
- Building and developing a high-performing finance function
- Partnering closely with the CEO and investors
- Supporting strategic initiatives including M&A

About You
You are a qualified finance leader with experience in a PE-backed environment and a track record of driving performance in complex, fast-moving businesses.
You will likely bring:
- A professional qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experience operating as a CFO or senior finance leader in a private equity-backed business
- A strong commercial and operational mindset
- The ability to operate hands-on at pace in a complex environment
- Resilience, pragmatism, and a focus on delivery
