The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-performing GTM Lead with a strong sales mindset, commercial drive, and the hustle needed to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This is our first role in Sales within Effi. We have grown through word of mouth and with $0 marketing to date.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving customer problems, building relationships, owning revenue outcomes, and turning opportunities into long-term enterprise partnerships.
You’ll work directly with brokers, enterprise groups, lenders, and financial services businesses looking for CRM, AI capabilities, workflow automation, and scalable growth solutions. You will be doing demo of the CRM capabilities and how our solution can solve our potential client's problems. This is a very hands on role requiring you to manage the pipeline, completing the demo and getting the contract signed.
This role is primarily focused on inbound opportunities, with outbound activity to support strategic growth initiatives. This role suits someone who has a strong sales background with sales process and doesn't mind owning the process end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Growth
- Manage inbound leads and enquiries from qualification through to close
- Run tailored demos and guide prospects through a structured sales process
- Convert opportunities into long-term enterprise customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Negotiate commercials and proposals where required
Strategic Consulting / Solution Selling
- Advise customers on workflow design, personas, automations, integrations, and AI use cases
- Translate client pain points into clear commercial solutions
- Build value-led business cases for prospects
Account Expansion
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across enterprise accounts
- Drive strong adoption outcomes post-sale
- Work closely with onboarding and operations teams to ensure success
Growth Operations
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline management
- Use AI tools to create presentations, proposals, and tailored use cases
- Help build scalable sales processes and repeatable growth systems
- Do outbound prospecting when required

Experience Required:
- 1+ years B2B sales experience working for a global SaaS/CRM company with proven new business results and meeting KPIs
- Experience running demos and managing sales cycles
- CRM / SaaS / fintech / tech sales experience preferred
- Strong pipeline management capability
- Comfortable handling high lead volumes
- Excellent time management and follow-through
- Familiarity with AI tools / AI agents
Highly Desirable:
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, SDKs
- Mortgage broking / lending / finance industry experience
- Experience building lead lists and outbound campaigns
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Experience mentoring or helping scale teams
