🛠️ THE ROLE

This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" leadership position. You won't just manage from a desk—you will be in the field coaching reps and building a world-class "hunting" sales culture.

Strategy: Own the end-to-end revenue engine and GTM model.
Leadership: Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals across multiple regions.
Tech-Forward: Drive adoption of HubSpot and ZoomInfo to create a data-driven sales organization.
Field Presence: Spend ~30% of your time on the road with your team.
