By leveraging data, automation, and AI, you will help build scalable processes that support thousands of merchants and drive business impact.
What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end merchant onboarding and operational readiness
- Own critical operational workflows and ensure SLA adherence
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements
- Leverage AI and technology to simplify workflows and improve productivity
- Analyse operational data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve merchant challenges at scale
- Act as the voice of the customer and drive continuous process improvements
- Build scalable systems and operational frameworks that support business growth
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, Program Management, or similar roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with comfort working with data
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Learning-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in SaaS, D2C, eCommerce, FinTech, or high-growth startups is a plus
