IBM is looking for high-potential MBA students to join the Business Operations – Special Projects Team for 2-3 months in person internship. The role involves working on strategic, data-driven initiatives with direct exposure to executive leadership.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational special projects within the Business Operations team
- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Build dashboards, models, and reports using Excel and Power BI
- Apply AI/data-driven approaches to improve business performance
- Develop executive-ready presentations and present insights to senior leadership
- Work cross-functionally to execute initiatives end-to-end

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced analytics, modeling)
- Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization
- Basic understanding of AI and Data Science concepts
- Ability to work independently on complex problem statements
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skill
