Korn Ferry has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of a global consumer platform undergoing significant expansion across the United States.
Our client is a market leader in its category, operating within a broader international organization known for its disciplined operating model, customer-centric approach, and long-term investment strategy. The business is in an accelerated phase of growth, supported by substantial committed capital and a mandate to significantly scale its U.S. footprint through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the senior finance leader for the U.S. business, partnering directly with the Chief Executive Officer and global leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving financial performance, and building the infrastructure required to support a rapidly scaling, multi-location platform.
This role will operate as a true business partner to leadership across operations, commercial, and development functions, helping to drive growth, improve unit economics, and enable continued expansion across a complex, high-growth environment.

Key Areas of Impact:
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance and influencing enterprise decision-making
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across a rapidly expanding multi-location platform
- Partner with leadership to drive growth initiatives, including new market entry, footprint expansion, and operational scaling
- Support and lead M&A activity, including financial diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration
- Optimize capital allocation, working capital, and return on investment across the business
- Deliver robust financial reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to drive performance and margin improvement
- Build and scale financial systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure to support continued growth
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring strong internal controls and governance
- Partner with global finance leadership to ensure alignment with international reporting standards and strategic priorities
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization across FP&A, accounting, and financial operations
- Strengthen financial discipline, accountability, and performance culture across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leader within a multi-location or consumer-facing organization
- Proven experience supporting rapid growth, including both organic expansion and M&A activity
- Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, controllership, and strategic finance
- Experience operating within a global or multinational organization and partnering with international stakeholders
- Demonstrated success building scalable financial infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Salary Range and Benefits Overview:
- $250,000 - $400,000 + Bonus + LTIP
