Attina is building the operational infrastructure for service businesses that existing software has never served. Millions of service businesses run on WhatsApp and Excel — not because they're unsophisticated, but because no software has ever fit how they actually work. Attina fixes that. A platform that lets any service business describe how it operates — and then runs it end to end. The core system is live, backed by 2 years of building with no external funding. We're raising seed to scale this globally.
About the Role:
This is a co-founder role — not a hire. You will have equity that reflects it and a seat at the founding table. We're looking for someone to build Attina's GTM function from zero. You will design how Attina reaches millions of service businesses globally — the motion, the channels, the pricing, the conversion loops, the community, the word of mouth.
The motion starts PLG — low touch, self-serve, viral by design. As the platform scales, you'll layer in higher touch where it makes sense. This is a 0→1 role. Then 1→100.
What You'll Own:
- Global GTM strategy — how Attina reaches millions of service businesses across markets
- Revenue operating system — forecasting, pipeline, pricing, and performance management
- Product launches — turning every new product capability into market adoption
- Growth motion — PLG-led acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- GTM organisation — hiring and building the team as we scale
- AI-native revenue ops — using AI tools to move faster than any traditional GTM team
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience scaling a B2B product through PLG — you know what good looks like at 0→1 and what breaks at 1→100
- Strong analytical and operational mindset — you think in systems, not campaigns
- Demonstrated success launching new products and building repeatable growth motions
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Ability to partner closely with product and engineering teams
Nice to Have:
- Previous founder or early-stage startup leadership experience
- Experience with SaaS products targeting SMBs or service businesses
- Familiarity with AI tools for revenue and growth operations
