Business Operations Manager
Preferred Locations: INDIA : Chennai,TN (or) Hyderabad,TG.
We are looking for a versatile Business Operations Manager to streamline our internal processes. You will be the "engine room" of our firm, balancing talent recruitment with essential financial and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for technical roles (Golang, Cloud, Data Science).
Financial Management: Manage consultant payments, vendor invoicing, and daily cash flow tracking.
Operations: Drive process improvements for onboarding, payroll, and internal compliance.
Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to optimize resource allocation and business growth.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Operations, HR, or Finance within the IT Staffing industry.
* Strong proficiency in managing payroll and accounts receivable/payable.
* Experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
* Excellent communication skills and a "problem-solver" mindset.
