We are looking for a high-impact business leader who can bring together operations, sales effectiveness, customer excellence, and growth strategy into one cohesive engine.
This role is not just about managing operations. It is about building scalable business systems, improving customer retention, driving operational efficiency, and partnering with leadership to accelerate sustainable growth.
What we are looking for:
✔ Someone who understands how to scale operations without compromising customer experience
✔ Strong business operations and revenue mindset
✔ Ability to work closely with sales teams to improve win rates, execution, and account growth
✔ Experience in customer retention, service quality, escalation management, and operational governance
✔ Strong exposure to KPI-driven environments, process improvement, and transformation initiatives
✔ A leader who can build structure, drive accountability, and execute with speed
Preferred background:
- Facilities Management
- Hygiene / Consumer Services
- Multi-location service organizations
Ideal experience:
12–18 years across business operations, customer success, operational excellence, sales enablement, or transformation roles.
