We are looking for a versatile Business Operations Manager to streamline our internal processes. You will be the "engine room" of our firm, balancing talent recruitment with essential financial and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for technical roles (Golang, Cloud, Data Science).
Financial Management: Manage consultant payments, vendor invoicing, and daily cash flow tracking.
Operations: Drive process improvements for onboarding, payroll, and internal compliance.
Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to optimize resource allocation and business growth.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years experience in US IT Staffing / Consulting / Business Operations / Program Management in a product or tech-driven organization, with strong exposure to cross-functional execution
- Strong understanding of operations
- Experience working across multiple functions (HR / Ops / Finance touchpoints)
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in US shift & office environment
