Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Legal Head
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (with periodic travel)
Role Purpose
The CFO & Legal Head will provide strategic financial and legal leadership to RUDI Multi TradingCompany Limited, ensuring strong governance, compliance, financial stability, and risk management. The role is responsible for overseeing financial operations as well as legal matters to support business growth and safeguard the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies and fund raising aligned with business goals
- Advise leadership on financial planning, risk management, and business growth
- Support expansion with sustainable financial models
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Develop financial models and track profitability
- Monitor cost efficiency and performance
3. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws and regulations
- Oversee audits, taxation (including GST), and statutory filings
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance
4. Financial Management
- Manage company financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting
- Coordinate financial processes across departments
5. Treasury & Risk Management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments
- Develop policies for financial stability
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
6. Legal & Regulatory Management
- Oversee all legal matters of the company
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Draft, review and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when required
- Handle legal risks, disputes, and notices
- Handle all the legal compliance of the enterprises
7. Team Leadership
- Lead finance and related functions
- Strengthen systems and processes
- Ensure coordination across departments
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance with LLB (Bachelor of Laws)
- 5–8 years of experience in finance and/or legal leadership roles
- Understanding of corporate legal matters and compliance
Key Skills

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI)
