. Own and manage Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate account records, clean pipeline data, disciplined stage movement, and elimination of ghost deals
. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecast, including pipeline value vs targets, stage‑wise conversion rates, deal velocity, and potential deal slippage
. Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts supported by risk analysis and data-backed insights
. Design, maintain, and govern the sales process, defining stages (Lead to Closed), entry and exit criteria, and approval workflows for discounts and contracts
. Create and maintain role-based dashboards and reports covering revenue, pipeline, forecasts, targets vs achievement, region and product performance, and client satisfaction
. Track sales performance, commissions, and incentive payouts, ensuring alignment with business goals and accurate target achievement reporting
. Implement and optimize CRM tools and automation, including workflows, email automation, lead routing, and operational efficiencies
. Generate regular reports on account performance and customer outcomes to support leadership and management reviews
. Strong ownership of Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and disciplined stage movement
. Ability to manage and analyze sales pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal velocity
. Experience creating weekly/monthly sales forecasts with risk and slippage analysis
. Proficiency in building role-based reports and dashboards for sales leadership, reps, and management
. Strong understanding of sales process design, including stage definitions, entry/exit criteria, and approval workflows
. Experience in sales performance tracking, including targets, commissions, and incentive calculations
. Hands-on expertise in CRM automation, lead routing, and workflow/email automation
. Advanced analytical and Excel/Sheet skills with strong attention to data integrity
