Business Operations Manager – Office Of Director (HR & Operations)
Location : Mumbai

About the Role
This role acts as the central command centre for the Director of HR & Operations, focused on driving execution, process discipline, and organizational efficiency.
You will be responsible for bringing structure to chaos, fixing broken processes, and ensuring all key initiatives across the organisation are tracked and delivered on time.
This is a high ownership, high visibility role where success depends on your ability to drive follow-through, enforce accountability, and build scalable systems.
- Act as the execution arm of the Director, managing priorities, follow-ups, and closures
- Build and maintain central trackers for all key initiatives across departments
- Identify and fix inefficient or undefined processes across the organization
- Design and implement SOPs and workflows to improve execution and consistency
- Drive weekly reviews, status tracking, and accountability across teams
- Ensure alignment between HR, Operations, Finance, Admin, and business teams
- Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks and delays
- Maintain real-time visibility through MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Ensure process adherence, documentation discipline, and compliance tracking
- Support and drive high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives

- Strong communication and accountability enforcement skills
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Business Operations / PMO / Chief of Staff / Ops roles
- Experience working closely with senior leadership (Director/VP level)
- Proven track record of driving execution and improving processes
- Strong expertise in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting systems
- Experience in fast-growing or dynamic business environments preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
