We are seeking a Business Application Manager to drive impact at the core of enterprise technology.

Job Responsibilities
Application & Portfolio Management
- Manage end-to-end operations, support, and enhancements of business applications such as Salesforce, SharePoint, ODL, InEight, ADO, Data platforms, Agiloft, ServiceNow, and Monday.com.
- Ensure applications meet business requirements, SLAs, performance, and availability standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related discussions with client stakeholders.
Team Management & Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional application support and development teams.
- Plan workload, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance monitoring, and skill development activities.
- Drive best practices in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to client stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, risks, issues, and escalations professionally and proactively.
- Participate in governance meetings, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure application security, access controls, and data governance standards are followed.
- Oversee compliance with organizational and client-specific security policies.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams for audits, risk assessments, and remediation.
Azure DevOps (ADO) & Process Management
- Oversee ADO processes including work item management, sprint planning, release tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure proper DevOps practices, documentation, and traceability across teams.
- Continuously improve delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in application management, delivery, or IT leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, ADO, and collaboration tools.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and IT service management practices.
- Knowledge of application security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
