Role Description
The GTM Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of go-to-market (GTM) solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing tools, building technical frameworks, and designing workflows to optimize lead management and operational processes. You will also provide technical support for troubleshooting, assist in analytics integrations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in GTM tools configuration, workflow design, and analytics integrations
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as CMS, CRM, email, and analytics
- Critical thinking and strategic analysis for improving business performance
- Proficiency in at least one_cloud based or SaaS interface.
- Clarity of communication and focus on eliminating ambiguity
