About The Role:
The incumbent will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing large CPG enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on hunting for new business, managing accounts, and closing deals end-to-end. Capability to translate messy customer needs into clean, product-shaping feedback. A consultative selling approach and a strong understanding of technology are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers, presenting tailored AI-driven solutions to meet their business needs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, across international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring smooth deal execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal) to customize solutions that align with client requirements and comply with local regulations.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, gather market feedback, and provide insights into customer needs.
- Stay updated on global industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in AI and related technologies.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience within a CPG brand with MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Strong consultative selling skills and an in-depth understanding of technology solutions in the digital marketing space.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with global executives.
- Familiarity with business practices, including cultural nuances, legal and regulatory considerations, and negotiation strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
