Role Overview - Growth / GTM Associate
We are looking for a Growth / GTM Associate to join our team and own our customer acquisition engine end-to-end. You will work closely with our founders, product, and sales teams to design and execute inbound, outbound, and account expansion playbooks that drive our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and execute our outbound engine end-to-end - prospecting, list building, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
● Collaborate with our Marketing team to build out our inbound engine - landing pages, lead capture, content distribution, and nurturing flows that bring prospects to us.
● Pitch and demo to prospects on calls - you'll be on the front line, refining our messaging based on what resonates
● Create sales collateral - pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies that help convert prospects into customers
● Collaborate with our Marketing team to build out our content engine - write posts, case studies, and thought leadership that drive inbound interest and brand awareness
● Be visibly active on LinkedIn (and other channels) to grow the company's presence - and your own
● Over time, set up and manage our growth stack - CRM, outbound tools, and basic analytics to keep the pipeline organized
● Run experiments constantly - test new channels, messaging, and tactics; double down on what works
● Partner with the founders on GTM strategy and bring fresh ideas to the table every week
About You:
● 1–3 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, or BD - ideally at a startup
● Familiar with inbound and outbound techniques - cold outreach, sequences, content marketing, SEO basics, lead nurturing
● Strong pitch-building skills - you can turn an idea into a clean, compelling pitch quickly
● Comfortable pitching and presenting - you can confidently walk a prospect through a solution and handle objections
● Active on social media (LinkedIn, X, or similar) and interested in creating content - you understand how content and personal brand drive inbound
● Excellent communication skills - you write a crisp cold email and hold your own on a discovery call
● Comfortable with ambiguity - you can operate without a playbook and create one as you go
● A builder's mindset - you've worked at a startup before and you're genuinely excited about creating something from zero
