About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our business.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be involved in quality, compliance, invoicing, H&S, audits, and internal projects. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly what makes it interesting.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Invoicing
- Manage end-to-end customer invoicing and monthly statements
- Obtain director approvals where required
Quality Management
- Log and manage customer complaints and supplier non-conformances (iBOS)
- Coordinate resolutions with accounts and suppliers (credits, returns, exchanges)
- Keep stakeholders updated and support process improvements
Audits & Compliance
- Complete supplier and customer audit documentation
- Maintain technical/specification records within iBOS
- Support system improvements and documentation processes
ISO Audits
- Conduct monthly internal audits
- Prepare for annual audits and complete all actions
- Maintain compliance records and documentation
Health & Safety
- Liaise with external H&S consultants
- Maintain risk assessments, training records, and accident reporting
- Communicate updates and carry out spot checks
Customer Account Setup
- Set up new accounts, including credit checks and approvals
- Issue terms and conditions
HR & People Support
- Support onboarding with external HR consultants
- Maintain HR policies and assist with updates and communications
Office & Projects
- Support directors with projects and business initiatives
- Help with marketing, pricing updates, and compliance tasks
- Organise office events and maintain a professional environment
General Support
- Provide cover across order processing, quotations, and purchase ledger when required

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator across all levels
- Able to juggle multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- Comfortable working with systems and processes
- A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
- Experience in any of the key business areas or a very varied role
